The first ThermoFuel plant has been operated on a site in Australia.
A series of confirmation tests were run on a range of system operations including fuel specification and air emissions.
The system delivered 100% compliant diesel from a range of Irish and locally sourced waste plastic feedstock and the Stack Emissions Test report showed that the emissions from the plant operation were well below European requirements.
The plant is now being dismantled for shipment to the Cynars facilities in Ireland.
