Paul Murray
Paul Murray has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry having
spent the last 10 years with Royal Dutch Shell. Paul was Vice President of
Strategy & Portfolio (including M&A;) for Shell Energy Europe, prior to that he
was General Manager and Vice President of Shell's USA Industrial Lubricants
business.

Chief Operating Officer
David McNamara
David McNamara is a graduate with a Joint Honours Degree in Chemistry and
Polymer Chemistry with Technology. He has worked in a broad variety of
senior roles in the telecommunications, construction, waste and recycling
industries.

Chief Financial Officer
David Megan
David Megan, a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland,
has over 25 years experience in general and financial management, mainly
gained in the Technology Industry. He previously worked in Telecom
Software companies such as Aldiscon, Apion and Aepona who were
successfully grown and sold. Previous roles included financial management
positions in Murray Telecommunications Group Limited and The OHM Group.

Business Development Director
Pat Alley
Pat Alley is a commerce graduate and accountant and has over 35 years
experience in business. The first 20 years of his career was spent as a senior
executive with Glanbia Plc and primarily as Group Internal Auditor, Senior
Accountant and laterally as the General Manager of the Fresh Dairy Division.
He was a member of the executive Board. Pat founded his own waste
management business, Advanced Environmental Solutions, in 2000 and sold
it to Bord na Mona in 2007. From 2009 he was engaged on a restructuring
assignment in the UK waste business on behalf of One 51.

Ken McIlreavy
Ken McIlreavy, mechanical engineer, 22 years international experience across
a range of industry sectors including power generation equipment; biomass
energy system; pharma and chemical process and control. Involved in MBO
of Cork based engineering company and subsequent sale to a US corporation.
Presently involved in support roles with Cynar and ServusNet Ltd. (an IT
company in the wind energy and smart grid area).

Dr. Kevin McDonnell
Kevin McDonnell, college lecturer in Biosystems Engineering in University
College Dublin. Teaching and research areas include sustainable energies,
synthetic fuels, biomass resources, technology development, green
technologies, agricultural systems. Current annual research income 0.5
million, team of 3 post docs, 11 PhDs, & 2 masters. Published 98 peer
reviewed papers, 3 book chapters, 40 conference papers. Worked for a period
with the Environmental Protection Agency before joining UCD staff.

Jane Murray
Jane Murray is a solicitor qualified in 1994 and admitted to practice in the
UK, Ireland and New York. Now practicing in the UK, initially specialising
in employment law, then moving into private equity in 2000. As part of
her private equity work she has experience in diverse industries including
telecoms, catering, haircare and music.

Dr Noel Kelly
Noel holds an honorary Doctorate in management from IMC and is a member
of the Institute of Directors in Ireland. He is co-founder, Chairman and CEO
of Kellysan Enterprises, a family owned private equity company. He has over
40 years experience in the engineering and construction sector operating
in the Middle East, Asia, South Africa and Europe. Dr. Kelly previously
served as shareholder and Executive Director of Development activities at
Kentz Corporation Ltd ("Kentz") where he was responsible for sourcing new
investment for Kentz in 1994 and was actively involved in the company's
flotation on the London AIM market in 2007.
